Orders & Customisation

What if there is a problem with my order?

All of our hoodies, t-shirts, and apparel are custom made, so we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours receiving your items using our Order Support Form and we’ll review it.

What if there is a problem with my item?

If your item is faulty, damaged, or printed incorrectly, please submit our Order Support Form within 48 hours of receiving your items, including photos. We’ll assess the issue and work with you on a solution.

Can I see a preview before my hoodie or t-shirt is printed?

Yes, we can provide a mockup before production so you can see how your design will look.

Can I use my own logo or design?

Yes - just upload your design or send it to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if my image is low quality?

Low resolution images may result in poor print quality. We’ll let you know if there are any issues before printing, but we are not responsible for quality issues caused by low-resolution files.

Can I visit you to discuss my order?

Yes — you're welcome to visit us in-store to discuss your custom clothing and printing needs. Simply book a date and time through our website using the Book a Visit to Our Store page.

Can I get a t-shirt printed while I wait?

Yes, in many cases we can print t-shirts while you wait. This depends on the quantity of items and how busy we are at the time. We recommend booking a visit in advance through our website to avoid waiting times.

Sizing & Fit

What if I order the wrong size?

As all items are custom made, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for larger clothing orders.
